Meet the ZEL staff

All staff members are graduates of LMO. Working at ZEL, they obtain valuable skills that can be used in later employment. The idea is that ZEL jobs are temporary, a revolving door that keeps opening up opportunities for more kids, as the current ones more on to achieve their dreams. It's a chance to earn some income while waiting for their next life step. So far, three managers have moved on—two to jobs and one to college, and five-plus have left to attend college.
